ACTNO, 732 BILL NO. 31-0127 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act ratifying Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-2-15(W) issued to the Virgin Islands Port Authority for dredging within the existing Schooner Bay Channel in the Christiansted Harbor, St. Croix, Virgin Islands WHEREAS, the St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-2-15(W) on April 7, 2015, to the Virgin Islands Port Authority; and WHEREAS, Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-2-15(W) authorizes the Port Authority to dredge approximately 38,800 cubic yards of material from within the existing Schooner Bay Channel located in the Christiansted Harbor, St. Croix, Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, the Honorable Kenneth E.
