Wh ALL 8 L ACT NO. 68 BILL NO. 26-0290 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority from the Sewage System Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, from the Sewage System Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year.
