ACT NO. 7184 BILL NO. 28-0220 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act amending Act No. 7103 relating to an appropriation for Massac Nursing Home and making appropriations to the Department of Human Services for the Meals On Wheels Program and the purchase of Medical Alert Bracelets and to the Department of Health for the Home Health Program —-0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 7103 is amended in section 2 by striking the line item, “Restoration of the Massac Nursing Home $200,000”. SECTION 2. (a) From the savings realized in section 1, the following sums are appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010: (1) (a) The sum of $50,000 is appropriated to the Department of Human Services for the purchase of Medical Alert Bracelets for Senior Citizens; and (b) the sum of $100,000 is appropriated for the Meals on Wheels Program; and (2) The sum of $50,000 is appropriated to the Department of Health for the Home Health Program. …
