ACT NO, 6789 BILL NO. 26-0091 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To amend title 14 Virgin Islands Code to add chapter 110 enacting the Identity Theft Prevention Act of 2005 --0-- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: | SECTION 1. Title 14 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 42, jas enacted Act 6730 is repealed in its entirety. ; SECTION 2. Title 14 Virgin Islands Code, is amended by adding a new chapter 110 to read as follows: “Chapter 110. Theft |] Subchapter I. Identity Theft §2200. This subchapter may be cited as “The Identity Theft Prevention Act.” §2201.
