COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE BILL NO. 35-0053 Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Islands March 2, 2023 An Act granting a zoning use variance for Parcel No. 84 Estate Contant, No. 7B, Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands from the R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) zoning designation to allow for offices PROPOSED BY: Senator Novelle E. Francis, Jr. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning 2 use variance from the R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) zoning designation is granted for 3 Parcel No. 84 Estate Contant, No. 7B, Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, 4 consisting of approximately 11,253 sq. ft., as shown on PWD No. G9-2225-T73, to allow for 5 offices. 6 BILL SUMMARY 7 This bill grants a use variance for Parcel No. 84 Estate Contant, No. 7B, Southside 8 Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands from the R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) zoning 9 designation to allow for offices. 10 BR23-0329/ January 31, 2023/PFA/Reviewed by YLT 11
