ACINO. 7102 BILL NO. 28-0161 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act ratifying the Third Renewal of the Group Health Insurance Agreement, and the Agreement and the Amendment to the Agreement for Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance between the Government of the Virgin Islands through the Health Insurance Board of Trustees, the Virgin Islands Port Authority, the University of the Virgin Islands, the St. Thomas East End Medical Center Corporation and the Frederiksted Health Care, Inc., and Connecticut General Life Insurance Company Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1.
