On March 22, 2023, warrants of arrest were secured by detectives of the Criminal Investigation Bureau for both Jermain Turnbull and Zeff Blyden. On April 5, 2023, at approximately 1:50 p.m., Jermain Turnbull turned himself in at the US Marshal’s Office, located at the Ron DeLugo Federal Building. Detectives of the Criminal Investigation Bureau took Turnbull into custody without incident. …

On March 22, 2023, warrants of arrest were secured by detectives of the Criminal Investigation Bureau for both Jermain Turnbull and Zeff Blyden. On April 5, 2023, at approximately 1:50 p.m., Jermain Turnbull turned himself in at the US Marshal’s Office, located at the Ron DeLugo Federal Building. Detectives of the Criminal Investigation Bureau took Turnbull into custody without incident. On the same date, at 4:47 p.m., Blyden, accompanied by legal counsel, surrendered himself to the Richard Callwood Command. Mr. Jermain Turnbull, age 48, and Mr. Zeff Blyden, age 51, were arrested, booked, and processed. Both were charged with prohibition of visual medium depicting sexually explicit conduct and bail in the matter was set at $20,000.00 for both parties. This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
