ACTNO. 8352 BILL NO. 33-0398 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Waste Management Authority from the Sewer System Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum or as so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Sewer System Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021.
