ACTNO. 7402 BILL NO. 29-0381 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for Parcel No. 6-I Estate Peter’s Rest, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, from R-2 (Residential - Low Density — One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business — Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, subchapter 1, section 238 of the Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 6-I Estate Peter’s Rest, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.2298 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on OLG Drawing No. 1351, from R-2 (Residential — Low Density — One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business — Scattered).
