Items on the agenda include the Decision Meeting for the Major Coastal Zone Management (CZM) Permit No. CZMJL0010-23- Hibiscus Beach Hotel, LLC (HBH). The applicant proposes to construct and develop a boutique beach side hotel and amenities normally associated with a hotel, construct a new bar, gymnasium, restaurant and pool, replenish the beach and expansion of the greenspace footprint, improve the storm water drainage onsite and the immediate area by installing underground storm water drains, and create additional parking. The proposed project is located on Plots 108- EB, EC, and ED, 47-AA, 109 C, D, E, S, T, and R Estate LaGrande Princess, St. Croix, USVI.
