ACT NO, 6906 BILL NO. 27-0027 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act amending Act Nos. 6858, 6758, 6676, 6432 and 6358 to reprogram funds and to make various corrections relating to the Community Development Block Grant Program ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 6858, is amended in the following instances: (a) SECTION 2 is amended in: (1) Subsection (a) by striking “$48,439.27” and inserting in its stead “$132,607”; and (2) Section (b) by striking “$94,160.73” and inserting in its stead “$9,992.01”. (b) SECTION 5 is amended in subsection (b) by striking “$291,999.72” and inserting in its stead “$290,999.72”. (c) SECTION 6 is amended is subsection (c) by striking “#59 Queen Street, Christianstead” and inserting in its stead “61 Hospital Street, Fredericksted”. SECTION 2.
