e = ‘ACT NO.6696 BILL NO. 25-0170 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for Parcel No. 98DA Estate LaGrande Princess, Company Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, from R-2 (Residential- Low Density — One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential - Medium Density) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 98DA Estate LaGrande Princess, Company Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.2500 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 1164, dated April 15, 1963, revised February 26, 1990 from R-2 (Residential — Low Density — One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential - Medium Density). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 11, 2004. …
