—ACTNO. 6774 BILL NO. 26-0108 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To provide for an appropriation from the Tourism Advertising ‘Revolving Fund to the Office of the Governor, the Department of Housing, Parks nd Recreation and the Department of Public Works during the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006 --0-- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3072, subsection (c), the following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006 from funds available in the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund, to the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation and the Department of Public Works to fund various festival clean-up expenses.
