ong 7383 4 ) ; nd BILL NO. 29-0344 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act granting a use variance to Parcel No. 15 Estate Thomas, No. 6H New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands zoned C (Commercial) to allow for the development of an indoor motion picture theater ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 238, a use variance from the C (Commercial) zoning designation is granted to Parcel No. 15 Estate Thomas, No. 6H New Quarter, St. Thomas, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7, consisting of 1.301 U.S. acres, as more fully described on PWD Map No. F9-2122-T67 for the construction and operation and development of an indoor motion picture theatre. All other requirements of the C (Commercial) Zoning District continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on June 27, 2012.
