crNa 8200 BILL NO. 33-0040 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2019 An Act amending title 20, part [F, chapter 41, section 466(b) of the Virgin Islands Code to require each passenger in the rear seat of a vehicle to wear a safety belt ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 20, part 11. chapter 41, section 466(b) of the Virgin Islands Code is amended at the end of the sentence by adding “and any passengers age fourteen and older seated in the outboard rear and center rear seats are restrained by a lap restraint.” SECTION 2. Title 29, chapter 3, subchapter I, section 234(F) of the Virgin Islands Code is amended by striking “one (I )“ and inserting “three (3)” in its place.
