DESIGNATION. 1 The United States Post Office building located at 2 3000 Veterans Drive in Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands, 3 shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Arturo R. 4 Watlington, Sr. Post Office’’. 5 SEC. 2. REFERENCES. 6 Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 7 paper, or other record of the United States to the building 8 referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference 9 to the Arturo R.
