AMT NO... 30- fe ¢ 9 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act rezoning Parcel Nos. 40A and 40B Estate Smith Bay, St. Thomas from B-4 (Business- Residential Areas) to C (Commercial) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map STZ-9 is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel Nos. 40A and 40B Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2, and 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting in the aggregate of approximately 0.556 U.S. acre, as shown on OLG Map No. D9-7468-T004 from B-4 (Business-Residential Areas) to C (Commercial).
