Berry, Carol M. Burke, Miguel M. Camacho, PROPOSED BY : Roosevelt St. C. David, Adlah “Foncie” Donastorg, Jr., Judy M. Gomez, Stephen “Smokey” Frett, David S. Jones, Almando “Rocky” Liburd, Allie-Allison Petrus, Holland L. Redfield, Il and Vargrave A. Richards BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds available in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands for expenditure by the Virgin Islands Public Television System, which amount shall be available for the fiscal year October 1, 1998 to September 30, 1999. For salaries and all other expenses of the Virgin Islands Public Television System $1,522,259 OOON OWA OD = ey ONO WK OD = TOTAL APPROPRIATION $1522:059 SECTION 2. With the lump-sum appropriation in Section 1, the Virgin Islands Public Television System is hereby exempted from Title 2, Chapter 2, Section 28(b), Virgin Islands Code. SECTION 3. The item of appropriation contained in this Act shall be reduced by the sum expended for objects and purposes of such item between October 1, 1998 and the effective date of this Act, which sum was expended pursuant to Section 9(e) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands.” BR No. 98-2336/September 8, 1998/mr Reviewed by EA, Jr
