ACT NO. 7403 BILL NO. 29-0382 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act to rezone Plot No. 1-AM (Consolidated), Estate Diamond, Queen Quarter, St. Croix from R-2 (Residential-Low Density — One and Two-Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12, for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 1-AM (Consolidated), Estate Diamond, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.700 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on OLG Drawing No. D9-6065-C009, dated December 28, 2009, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density — One and Two-Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
