Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7, for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing zoning designation of Parcels Nos. 35 and 36, Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 16.588 acres and 22.972 acres, respectively, as more accurately shown on OLG No. A9-632-1004, from A-1 (Agricultural) to C (Commercial). * Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 30, 2004.
