ACT NO.6558 BILL NO 24- 0281 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To provide for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relation Board and the Labor Management Committee ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 33, section 3066(b) Virgin Islands Code, there is appropriated from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, the sum of $500,000 to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses in the Fiscal Year 2003. The sum shall remain available until expended. SECTION 2. Notwithstanding title 33, section 3066(b), Virgin Islands Code, there is appropriated from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, the sum of $100,000 to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses in Fiscal Year 2003. The sum shall remain available until expended. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 27, 2002. …
