T is hereby brought to public notice l that in pursuance of the provisions of the Ordinance approved 23 May, 1910, it is unlawful to establish or maintain a radio or wireless station, public or pri- vate, in the Virgin Islands of the United States without the express authorization of the Goveror of the Virgin [slands of the United States of America.
