ACTNO. 8371 BILL NO. 33-0223 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act amending title 24, chapter 19, section 616(a)(2) of the Virgin Islands Code by requiring that the Commissioner of the Virgin Islands Department of Labor approve any proposed Youth Transitional Employment Program within three (3) months after receipt of the application ---0--- Be it en acted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 24, chapter 19, section 616(a)(2) of the Virgin Islands Code is amended by inserting “within three (3) months after receipt,” after “transition”. SECTION 2.
