Notwithstanding title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3072, subsection (c), the following sums, or so much as may be necessary, are appropriated from any funds available in the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, to Office of the Governor for the Bureau of Economic Research to conduct traveler exit surveys, and other tourism and economic studies and activities; to the Virgin Islands Police Department for police operations on St. Thomas/St. John and St. …
