ACT ND. 8082 BILL NO. 32-0251 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act ratifying the Governor's approval of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-2-14(W) issued by the St. John Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission to the Joseph John Marcus Trust | WHEREAS, the St. John Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-2-14(W) to the Joseph John Marcus Trust on July 6, 2017; and WHEREAS, the Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-2-14(W) allows the Joseph John Marcus Trust the continued use and occupancy of an existing 100° x 5° dock and 6500 ft? of submerged lands surrounding the dock structure, located seaward of Parcel No. 1-S, St. John Virgin Islands, as shown on OLG Drawing No. A9-654-T005, dated September 2, 2005; and WHEREAS, the Honorable Kenneth E.
