ACT NO.6410 BILL NO. 24- 0083 TWENTY- FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To grant a zoning variance to Parcel No. 2 Estate Thomas, No. 6A New Quarter, St. Thomas, for the construction and operation of a restaurant ---0-—- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code, a variance from the R-2 (Residential-Low Density, One and Two-Family) zoning designation is granted to Parcel No. 2 Estate Thomas, No. 6A New Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 1.37 U.S. acres, aS more accurately shown on P.W.D. No. D- 3-140-T46, for the purpose of constructing and operating a restaurant. All other requirements of the R-2 zoning designation shall continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on May 14, 2001.
