de maximis TUTU WELL FIELDS PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT APRIL 1994 WORK COMPLETED DURING PREVIOUS MONTH • Conducted daily tailgate Health & Safety meetings for all field personnel. • Drilling activities continued from April 1 through April 30, 1994. The following work was performed: Installed Monitoring Wells MW-13, MW-18, MW-19, MW-21D, MW- 22D, and MW-25. Developed Monitoring Wells MW-1 3 (partially completed), MW-1 7, MW- 18, MW-19, MW-21D, MW-22D, and MW-25D. • Solicited bids from contractors to perform excavation work at the Western Auto UST area, site of Monitoring Well MW-24. • Drafted engineering specifications and prepared a contract for submittal to contractor for excavation work at Western Auto UST area. • Initial profile of storm sewer layout was generated as part of storm sewer investigation during week of April 1 1, 1994. • During week of April 1 1, 1994, inspection of the following supply wells was performed: Four Winds I, Four Winds II, Eglin I, Eglin II, and Eglin III. • Continued working on Site Access Agreements (SAA), including Mr. …

de maximis TUTU WELL FIELDS PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT APRIL 1994 WORK COMPLETED DURING PREVIOUS MONTH • Conducted daily tailgate Health & Safety meetings for all field personnel. • Drilling activities continued from April 1 through April 30, 1994. The following work was performed: Installed Monitoring Wells MW-13, MW-18, MW-19, MW-21D, MW- 22D, and MW-25. (TEIC designated project coordinator), on April 26, 1994 regarding groundwater sampling and site access. • Initiated preparation for pumpage impact test at Eglin II supply well. • Coordinated cost estimate and schedule with Enseco East for Analysis of groundwater samples. • Coordinated preliminary schedule for data validation. TUT O06 1O84 *64711* 64711 de maximis TuTu Progress Report May 10, 1994 WORK TO BE COMPLETED DURING NEXT MONTH • Continue Phase II drilling activities, expected to be completed on or about May 18, 1994. • Conduct daily tailgate Health & Safety meetings for all field personnel. • Perform pumpage impact study at Eglin II supply well. • Begin excavation work at Western Auto UST area on or about May 11,1994. • Mobilize the licensed surveyor subcontractor to survey newly installed monitoring wells, monitoring wells supplied by others, and selected supply wells. • Collect water-level measurements on May 13, 1994 and on May 23, 1994. • Begin supply well sampling on or about May 16, 1994. • Begin monitoring well sampling on or about May 24, 1994.
