ACTNO. 8567 BILL NO. 34-0214 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act granting a zoning use variance from B-4 (Business- Residential Areas) for Remainder Plot No. 14 Estate Saint John, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands to allow for dwellings ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to 29 V.L.C. § 238a, a zoning use variance is granted from the B- 4 (Business-Residential Areas) zoning designation for Remainder Plot No. 14 Estate Saint John, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.516 U.S. acres, as described on Drawing No D9-6711-CO21, to allow for dwelling. All other requirements of the B-4 zoning designation continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 24, 2022.
