Francis, Jr., and Donna A. Frett-Gregory by Request of the Governor Be it resolved by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. (a) The sum of $200,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 2 30, 2024, from the District Public Road Fund established in title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3 3, chapter 111, section 3002 to the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works for the repair of 4 the government road in Estate Crown and Hawk, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, leading to 9E and 5 9F Estate Crown and Hawk. 6 BILL SUMMARY 7 8 This bill provides for a $200,000 appropriation from the District Public Road Fund to the 9 Virgin Islands Department of Public Works in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024. …
