COMMITTEE ON BUDGET, APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE BILL NO. 35-0328 Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Islands August 30, 2024 An Act appropriating $1,785,724.99 from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Virgin Islands Department of Health to pay the arrearage owed to Pafford Medical Services for services rendered from October 22, 2023, through June 2, 2024 PROPOSED BY: Senator Ray Fonseca Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. (a) The sum of $1,785,724.99 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending 2 September 30, 2024, from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin 3 Islands to the Virgin Islands Department of Health, to pay the arrearage owed to Pafford 4 Medical Services for services rendered from October 22, 2023, through June 2, 2024. 5 (b) The sum appropriated in subsection (a) remains available until expended. …
