ACTNO. 8079 BILL NO. 32-0227 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act amending title 27 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 4A, subsection 202, subsection (b) changing the amount of years, from two years to four years, that five of the seven board members of the Virgin Islands Board of Licensed Counselors and Examiners are to be appointed Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 27 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 4A, subsection 202, subsection (b) is amended by striking “two years” and inserting “four years”.
