ACTNO. 7986 BILL NO. 32-0033 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act granting a zoning variance for Plot No. 30 Estate La Grande Princesse, Company Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands to allow for dog-related services, to include grooming, washing, training, boarding and doggy day care Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance from the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning designation is granted for Plot No. 30 Estate La Grande Princesse, Company Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 1.00 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 to allow for dog-related services. All other requirements of the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning designation continue to apply to the property.
