ACTNO, 7052 BILL NO. 27-0251 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act to rezone Plot No. 13 Prince Street and 57A Hospital Street, Frederiksted, St.Croix from R-4 (Residential- Medium Density) to S (Special) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-18 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot Nos. 13 Prince Street and 57A Hospital Street, Frederiksted, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 6,779.1257 square feet combined as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Registration No. 3296-E, dated June 1968, from R-4 (Residential- Medium Density) to S (Special).
