Pursuant to 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning District Map STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No.11-4 Remainder, Estate Contant, No. 7BA Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.0560 U.S. acres as shown on PWD Map. No. A9-678-T006, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density).
