Please explaitr what is intended or what is ine itriea 3. Who prepares the nursing home cost reports? Does the home have an accounting firm that does that? If so, will the contractors have access to the records and accounting firm for questions or r additional records as needed? 4. The DHS recently implemented a new MMIS system. Do all the records needed for in- papi review exist in the system and are they available to all the entities studied? ite 5. Does the GVI have space allocated for the contractor tearn at the hospital sites or is all work expected to off site, in the USVI or pbedg & Soore onc 6. Is acopy of a recent cost report available? Yes. Has any GVI authority, or federal agency such as CMS or OIG, expressed reservations about the costs reported by the nursing home or the amount of Medicaid or Medicare payments received by the home? If so what were these reservations. 7. Will the GVI make available sections of the Medicaid eh Plan, e. g. 4. bie stat describe how (GM pays for Medicaid nursing home services? 1 f . Other bidder questions 1. How many encounters (average per year) are being paid to the hospitals as fee for services? 2. How many visits are being paid for the FQHCs (average per year)? \\ill research and provide 3. How many patients (average per year) the nursing home assisted? 4. As part of the scope of the project: 1. are we going to evaluate the costs and visits considered for the determination of the PPS Rates for the Federally Qualified Health Centers? 2. are we going to verify that services were provided to bonafide Medicare and Medicaid enrollees? 5. Please clarify the amount of pages of the management and technical approach section. On page 14 refers to a maximum amount of pages of 12, and at page 16, stated to not exceed 20 pages. All other terms and conditions remain the same. A copy of this amendment must be returned with your bid.
