ACTNO. 8747 BILL NO. 35-0154 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act providing an appropriation from the Business and Commercial Properties Revolving Fund to the Virgin Islands Department of Property and Procurement for operating expenses for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Business and Commercial Properties Revolving Fund for operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees of the Virgin Islands Department of Property and Procurement and the Business and Commercial Properties Administration, for administering the Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, as hereinafter specified: 6028 BUSINESS & COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES REVOLVING FUND _ FY 2024 600 DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY & PROCUREMENT TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY & PROCUREMENT $3,500,000 TOTAL 6028 BUSINESS & COMMERICAL PROPERTIES REVOLVING FUND $3,500,000 Thus passed by the Legislat …
