ACT NO.6469 BILL NO. 24-0173 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To grant a zoning variance for Parcel 17A, Remainder Estate Adrian, No. 18 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to I-2 (Light-Industry) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238a,Virgin Islands Code, a zoning variance is granted to Official Zoning District Map No. SJZ-1 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 17A, Remainder Estate Adrian, No. 18 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of approximately 0.542 U. S. acres, as shown on O.L.G. No. D9-6731-TOO for the purpose of conducting a heavy equipment rental and ready mix concrete business. All other requirements of the R-1 zoning shall continue to apply.
