ACTNO, 7023 BILL NO. 27-0255 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act ratifying the Second Renewal of the Group Medical Health Insurance Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands through the Health Insurance Board of Trustees, the Virgin Islands Port Authority, the University of the Virgin Islands, the St. Thomas East End Medical Center Corporation and the Frederiksted Health Care, Inc., and Connecticut General Life Insurance Company ---0-—- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 3, chapter 25, Virgin Islands Code, the Legislature of the Virgin Islands ratifies and approves the Agreement for the Second Renewal of the Group Medical Health Insurance Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands through the Health Insurance Board of Trustees, the Virgin Islands Port Authority, the University of the Virgin Islands, the St. Thomas East End Medical Center Corporation and the Frederiksted Health Care, Inc., and Connecticut General Life Insurance Company (“CIGNA”).
