COMMITTEE ON BUDGET, APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE BILL NO. 36-0081 Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands May 8, 2025 An act amending title 21 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2, section 103, by increasing the compensation for nongovernment members of the Housing Finance Authority PROPOSED BY: Senator Ray Fonseca Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Title 21 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2, section 103 is amended in the first 2 paragraph by striking “$75” and inserting “$250”. 3 BILL SUMMARY 4 This bill amends title 21 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2, section 103, by increasing the 5 compensation for nongovernment members of the Housing Finance Authority from $75 to 6 $250. 7 BR25-0364/April 16, 2025/NS 8
