The following sums, or so much of them as may be necessary, are appropriated from any funds available in the General Fund to the Board of Education for scholarships for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013: FISCAL YEAR 2013 0101 GENERAL FUND NON-LAPSING 330 BOARD OF EDUCATION EDWARD W.
