ACTNO. 788e BILL NO. 31-0358 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act to rezone Plot No. 50 Estate Orange Grove, Company Quarter, St Croix, Virgin Islands, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-15-7 for the island of St Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 50 Estate Orange Grove, Company Quarter, St Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 11.471 U.S. acres, as more fully described on PWD drawing No. A9- 34-C009, dated July 17, 2009, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood).
