Richards BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes specified, are hereby appropriated from funds available or deposited in the health revolving fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2001. SECTION 2.
