ACT NO.65 75 BILL NO. 25-0004 TWENTY-FLFETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Special Session 2003 To amend Act No. 6569 to provide a Lump-sum Budgct for the operation of the departments and agencies ef the Government of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2003; to amend Act No. 6529 to allow funding for St. John VITRAN to remain available until expended; and for other purposes -—{}--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 6569 is amended m section 1, subsections (a) through (bb) by deleting cach line item appropriation and leaving the “TOTAL” for each “ORG” as a lump-sum appropriation to each department and agency in the amounts specified.
