Question 2: On the demo of walls it does not state the baseboard needs to save and reuse? Please advise. Response: Save and reuse. Question 3: Item 23 does not say about removing any outlets, switches or data lines and replacing when new wall is being built. Response: Made changes to Scope of Work for clarification. Question 4: Item 24 Does the wall need sound insulation? Response: Yes. …

Question 5: Item 25,26, and 27 Will we have to demo the ceiling grid and tiles move lights and ac diffusers and replace back with same light fixtures or new? Response: Yes, demo grid and tiles, move lights, A/C diffusers and re-install existing light fixtures. Made changes to Scope of Work accordingly. Question 6: Items 28,29 and 30 Will we need to remove electrical outlets, baseboards, data and replace back? Response: Yes. Made changes to Scope of Work accordingly. Question 7: Item 36, When demo is done for ceiling light fixtures need to remove and replace as well? Response: Yes. Changes made to Scope of Work. Question 8: Item 39 Does new wall need insulation? Response: No. Question 9: ITEMS 44,45,46 and 47, Do these walls and ceilings need insulation? Does electrical, data and baseboards need to move and replace? Response: No insulation needed. Changes made to Scope of Work to reflect electrical, data, and baseboards. Question 10: In reference to the above bid on the original scope of work the air conditioning ducts and diffusers were to be replaced. On the new scope of work, it does not show the duct work. Is this item deleted from the scope? Response: Yes. That portion has been removed from the Scope of Work.
