St. Croix are legend and inelude chronic mold contamination in several offices dnd in the conference room. with mold growth on furniture. books. and equipment: and WHEREAS, the Lagoon Street Compley is located in an area over a high water lable. which subjects the comples to pertodic flooding events that add to the mold problem, and the adjacent Lagoon Street Sewage Treatment Plant periodically malfunctions and bypasses, mixes with floodwaters and inundates the Legislative Complex: and WHEREAS, hundreds of thousands of dollars have been spent after Hooding events in cleaning up the Complex. …
