ACT NO.6406 BILL NO. 24-0062 OF THE UNITED STATES nent ee ae Regular Session 2001 To authorize the University of the Virgin Islands to acquire the five acre - tract of land located at the western end of John Brewers Bay Beach property by eminent domain TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS i! ---()--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The University of the Virgin Islands may exercise the power of eminent domain in accordance with title 28, chapter 19 of the Virgin Islands Code for the sole purpose of acquiring the five-acre tract of land located at the western end of John Brewer’s Bay Beach, also known as the Old Xanadu Beach Property on St. Thomas.
