BILL NO. 29-0403 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act providing for the lump sum appropriation from the Health Revolving Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following amount, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, from the Health Revolving Fund to the Department of Health for operating expenses.
