Barge Walls, Culverts, Hand Rails, | Water courses, ete. ete., shall commence (according to Par. 13 of the Road Ordin- | ance of 9th June 1884) in the month of October and be completed for the general Inspection in .January month. | Special attention must hbe given ip re- | pairing to use good materials and to keep | the roadway uniform and even, with a | good ecrown so as to shoot off the water quickly, and the trenches must b: dug | out well, with suffizient width ¢nd depth | to take away quickly the water from | heavy rains and same time not be dan- | gerous to publie traffic. ' The cocoanut, and other trees, along | the roadsides must be kept trimmed so | ss not to be an inconvenience to the | Automobiles and Vehicles using the roads. All ruts and holes must be kept | filled and in order.
