ACT NO.8 8 6 0 BILL NO. 35-0259 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas to change the zoning designation of Plots No. 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, and 109 Estate Nisky (Submarine Base), St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, from C (Commercial) to P (Public) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plots No. 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, and 109 Estate Nisky (Submarine Base), Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 2.378 combined acres, as shown on survey drawing B9-277-T70, from C (Commercial) to P (Public).
