ACTNO. 8732 BILL NO. 35-0012 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act amending title 23 Virgin [slands Code, chapter 19, subchapter III, section 1556 relating to increasing the retirement pension for National Guard retirees; relating to the street name for the late Judge Cyril Michael; relating to appropriations to the Virgin Islands Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation for RAW Basketball, Inc and the Virgin Islands Little League; and relating to the authority of the Governor of the Virgin Islands to appoint persons residing outside of the Territory to boards and commissions on Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1.
